Description SS Cap Skull 1st Pattern. Metal Totenkopf with two prongs to reverse. Great antique finish.  Early  SS   cap   skull  version. Worn  during  the  early   days  of  the  SS  on  Kepis  and visor  caps.  Replaced in  1932   with  the  2nd  pattern
