Introduction OVERVIEW The Apex Cinema Gear ALEXA 35 Universal Stabilizer Plate is alow-profile and lightweight dovetail plate slides directly into the Arri BUD-1 on the new Alexa 35. It allows the user to mount any dovetail plate to the Alexa 35 camera cage, only adding 1/8″ in height and 150 grams to the camera build. It is profiled to match the bottom of the BUD-1 and has 3/8″-16 and 1/4″-20 threaded holes for mounting. No need to purchase all of the different SAM Plates, this fills the need for the SAM-5, SAM-6, SAM-7, SAM-8, and SAM-9 Plates Machined out of 6061 aluminum and anodized black.
